Try to enjoy breakfast early. the plastered vaults of the cellar add unique ambiance, making it a memorable experience.

absolutely terrible experience. the shower was so small it was basically a torture chamber, and the bed was harder than my office chair. i expected at least a complimentary gesture for all this nonsense. never once was i made to feel special, despite being in a supposedly charming hotel. could’ve been great, but just couldn’t.

charming hotel but minor issues
The room boasted stunning decor with elaborate design and a breathtaking view of the city. The modern bathroom featured a luxurious rain shower, providing an exceptional experience. Breakfast in the magnificent vaulted cellar was a highlight, making mornings special while enjoying the historic ambiance. The city view from my room made every moment feel picturesque.
The parking instructions could have been clearer.

Good sized rooms with all usual amenities.
During my stay, I found the shower needed attention due to mould at the bottom, which was quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was weak, making it difficult to stay connected. I also noticed the lack of lift access which could pose a challenge for those with mobility issues in a city known for its steep hills.

missingWrote a review on 26 Octuncomfortable bed
The bed was too hard for comfort, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. Cleanliness issues included finding hair in the bed and towels that had a strong chlorine odor. Additionally, the bathroom had a weird smell and there was a lack of a small fridge in the room.

Charming property in Toledo, with great design and unique touches. The terrace offers stunning views, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring amenities like a Nespresso machine. The breakfast served in a historic cellar was memorable. However, the Wi-Fi signal was unreliable at times, making it hard to stay connected. Also, a minor issue with the lack of replacement bottles for complimentary water. A little attention to these details would enhance the stay further.

Had a great time with friends! The terrace was perfect for chilling after visiting the historic sites. The staff was super nice and helpful. Just a heads up, the area has narrow cobbled streets, so be ready for that. The breakfast was a sweet treat in a unique setting!
Only downside was the lack of sound insulation. you could hear some noise from other guests, but it's an old building, so it's expected.

Just a nice choice for a brief stopover in Toledo with outstanding value for money. The charming service was delightful, especially from the lovely lady who took care of everything. Be ready for narrow cobbled walkways in the area. it's part of the charm but can be hard to navigate.
